1. Configure DISA.
2. Dial DISA number using DID.
3. Using the DISA procedure, activate call forwarding in an extension.
4. Call forwarding is activated for this extension.
7.5.8 Intercept Conditions
Definition
The intercept feature is used to forward incoming calls to another destination. The call is intercepted if
the original destination is invalid or if limitations exist.
The following intercept destinations can be entered:
PC - AC
Station
Hunt group
Announcement (external announcement device)
If an intercept position / AC has been configured in the system, in the event of an intercept the calls
