are routed to this intercept position. If an intercept position has not been configured, intercepted calls
are each signalled at the extension with call allocation for the intercepted line.
Basically, when an intercept occurs, the system re-enters call management with the intercept station as
a basis. If the intercept position is not available, the call is signalled at a central ringer (if entered) or it
is queued at the intercept position.
You can activate the intercept feature under the following conditions:
Intercept no answer
If there is no answer, the call complies with the entries in call management. If the end of the
CM elements is reached, the system checks whether an intercept after timeout should take place
or not. If an extension to which the call can be switched, an intercept occurs.
Intercept busy, if forwarding is not possible.
If the extension is busy, the system checks whether camp-on is possible or not.
If camp-on is not possible (signalling security or intercept criterion), the call complies with the
entries in call management. If the call cannot be signalled at any extension, the system checks
whether the call should be intercepted or released.
"Intercept busy" always refers to the initial call and not to switched or outgoing calls. A recall
from an external extension is not immediately intercepted if the destination extension is busy,
but camp-on is activated.
Intercept on incomplete or wrong number
If the wrong number is dialled, the system checks whether the call should be intercepted or
released. In the case of pseudo DID, the call is always intercepted.
Intercept on missing number
If a number is not dialled within a specific timeout, the system checks whether the call should
be intercepted or released. If an intercept position has not been configured, the call allocation is
intercepted per line.

Hunt group Calls to a hunt group are not intercepted. The call is forwarded to the first hunt
group extension and continues to remain in the hunt group.
Release Calls with the service ID "data service" are not intercepted but are released.
Incomplete dialling This is not evaluated in the case of a central intercept position.
