Tenant service If a tenant service has been configured (see Section 8.36, "Tenant services") an
intercept can only be configured system-wide. This means for example that
intercept no answer applies to all users of the system.

1. Seize a line and call any station in the system using DID.
2. The called station is switched either to the intercept position or to the call forwarding
extension in accordance with the call cycle.
