7.6.14 Line Queuing
Definition
If a user receives a busy signal following a trunk line seizure request (because a free line is not
available), he or she can queue a seized line by means of a procedure. As soon as the line becomes
available, a recall is performed. The user hears the COD dial tone and can now set up the external
connection.
