You can set a wrap-up period for the entire system. This indicates that an agent needs more
time to process the last call.
In the default configuration, there is not automatic wrap-up periods for the system.
The value can be changed from 1 = 30 seconds, 2 = 60 seconds, to 9 = 270 seconds.

This concludes the configuration of universal call distribution. In order for this feature to operate
