You can be distribute calls in a team. An incoming call is always assigned to
the team member (agent) who has had the longest break without a call.
You must log on and log off with the system at the beginning and end of
work.
During working hours you can indicate to the system that you are available/
not available, for example for break periods.
If you need time to complete paperwork resulting from your current call be-
fore activate/deactivate a period of work time for the last call.
You can activate/deactivate a separate night answer service for UCD; this
is not subordinate to the system night answer service.
