14 Troubleshooting
You
can resolve minor faults with the device yourself. Before contacting customer
service, please refer to the troubleshooting information. This way you avoid
unnecessary costs.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock! Improper repairs
are dangerous.
▶ Only
trained specialist personnel may carry out repairs on the device.
▶ Only original spare parts may be used to repair the device.
▶ If the power cord of this appliance becomes damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or another qualified person to avoid any
hazard.
Malfunction Cause and troubleshooting
Device does not cool,
indications and lights
are on.
The presentation light is turned on.

4.Wait 1 minute and then press and hold until 4
acoustic signals sound.

After a short time, check whether your device is cooling.

LED lighting does not
function.

causes are possible.

the service department.
The

attached overview of service departments.
Side panels of the
device are warm.
No malfunction. Pipes run in the side walls which
become warm during the cooling process. Furniture
placed against the appliance will not be damaged by the
heat.
