TheprocedurebelowassumesanLMV52withdefaultparametersfortheO2Contr/Alarmmenuandthe
O2Modulemenu.IftheLMV52ismountedtoaburner/boiler,theburner/boilerOEMmayhave
alreadychangedtheparametersfromthedefaultsettingandparameterizedtheLMV52forthe
application.ThisprocedurealsoassumesthatallO
2
trimcomponentsareinstalledandwiredcorrectly,
andthattheO
2
trimwillbecommissionedonnaturalgas.
Section3givesadetailedexplanationofalloftheparametersintheLMV52aswellashighlightsw hich
parametersmust beset(marked witha doubleasterisk **)andwhich parametersarefrequentlyused
(shaded).
Thisproceduregivesageneralguidelineofwhatparametersneedtobesetonbothatraditionalnozzle
mixingburnerwithlittle tonoFGR, andalsofor lowandultralow NOxburn
ersthat arepremixmesh
type or high percentage FGR.Every burner is different, so it is likely that every burner will need a
somewhatuniqueparametersettoruncorrectly.
