Remove the write protection of the
MicroBox PC 420.
Open the MS DOS prompt and enter the
following command to
• deactivate:
ewfmgr c: -commitanddisable
• activate:
ewfmgr c: -enable
the write mode.

The following network settings have to be
applied on the used network card of the
MicroBox PC 420:
• IP address: 192.168.2.140
• Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
5. Install SIMATIC NET Edition 2005.
6. Install WinAC 2005 RTX.

• Open the Station Configuration Editor

) in the task bar
• Change the station name to
“WinAC_Station”
• Assign slot 2 to WinLC RTX
• Add the “IE-General” module on slot

Open the included WinAC project
“Set14_WinAC_V2-0.zip” on your
configuration PC using STEP 7 and make
the following settings in STEP 7:
• Set the access point in “Set PG/PC
Interface” to “S7ONLINE Æ
TCP/IP(Auto) network controller”
