Opening the circuit breaker and discharging the stored-energy spring
1. Check that the circuit breaker is ready to close ("OK" indication) and the stored-energy
spring is charged ("CHARGED" indication).
2. Press I / CLOSE.
3. Check that the "CLOSED" and "DISCHARGED" indications are active.
4. Press O / OPEN.
5. Check that the "OPEN" indication is active.
