6.5 Installation altitudes
The low air density at installation altitudes above 2000 m can reduce heat dissipation.
This results in increased temperatures on the switching devices. The arcing behavior and
the conductivity of the density-dependent ionized gas mixture are also less favorable at
greater altitudes.
