NOTICE
Irreparable device damage
The wrong system connection can cause irreparable damage to the device.
Before connecting the PAC1600, ensure that the local power supply conditions match the
specifications on the type plate.
Note
RS 485 termination is recommended!
In order to avoid reflection on the bus cable, we recommend fitting a 120
Ohm terminating
resistor at the beginning and end of the bus cable.
To
establish MODBUS RTU communication, the communication parameters must be known.
These include baud rate and format. Furthermore, you must enter the slave address in the
device.
