6.2 Communication Interfaces
6.2.1 Ethernet Interface
The Ethernet interface Z is located on the top side of the SICAM P850/P855. Data are exchanged via the
RJ45 Ethernet socket, see also detailed information in System Manual SICAM P850/P855 7KG85xx, order
number E50417-C1040-C482, chapter 2.

6.2.2 RS485 Interface
If you have purchased a SICAM P850/P855 with serial interface, the RS485 interface J (D-sub) is located on
the terminal side, see also System Manual SICAM P850/P855 7KG85xx, order number E50417-C1040-C482,
chapter 2.
