3.4.18 Set input device parameters
Description
Use this CM command to set the input device parameters. The parameters are set to
the input device and saved in the CM 1xDALI.

Operating mode
Byte 2 Power on cycle notification flag.
If this flag is no set to 1, the input device can send a power cycle noti-
fication event when it powers on.

Description
Use this CM command to query the parameters of one instance in an input device.
Note: Only input device types 1 to 4 have type-related parameters.
