Information on the measuring ranges and the display with disabled or enabled failure
monitoring can be found in the section "Analog value display (Page 85)".
If failure monitoring is enabled, the following applies to the measuring range:
3.6 mA < valid measuring range (nominal range) < 21 mA
Hysteresis at the upper end of the measuring range (detection "Over󹪞ow/nominal
range"):
- The analog value is invalid as of 21 mA.
- The analog value becomes valid again when it falls below the value 20.5 mA.
Hysteresis at the lower end of the measuring range (detection "Under󹪞ow/nominal
range"):
- The analog value is invalid as of 3.6 mA.
- The analog value becomes valid again when it rises above the value 3.8 mA.
Diagnostics for enabling failure monitoring
You can enable a diagnostic message for the over󹪞ow/under󹪞ow (Diagnostics over󹪞ow/
Diagnostics under󹪞ow).
If you enable wire break and under󹪞ow diagnostics simultaneously, the wire break
