Description
The I/O module supports diagnostic interrupts. The I/O module generates a diagnostics interrupt
at the following events:
• Channel/component temporarily unavailable
• Short-circuit / overload of sensor supply
• Wire break
• Low limit violated (underow)
• High limit violated (overow)
• Supply voltage missing
• Hardware interrupt lost
• Module is faulty
• Retentive memory in carrier module defective
• Retentive memory in the terminal block defective
• Redundancy partner has dierent hardware/rmware
• IO redundancy warning
• HART communication error
• HART eld device error
• Parameter assignment error
Note
A pending diagnosis "Module is defective" is not deleted by the module until a restart.
