6.1.2 Users
Function description
User administration involves:
• Creating users,
• Changing their names and
• Assigning new passwords to them.
You can also assign one of the following roles to each user:
• Administrator
• Commissioning engineer
• Service engineer
• Machine operator
This assignment only gives users the predefined program options for the specific
user roles.
For additional details, see also Section: Appendix
The user with the user name "Administrator" is not displayed in the user lists and
so cannot be deleted. This ensures that the user "Administrator" of an organization
is always able to perform machine and user administration, even if all other
administrators of the organization have been inadvertently deleted.

The "user name" must be unique within the
organization.

Last name Last name of the user.
E-mail address E-mail address of the user: It is used for

user data.
