4.5 Commissioning with STARTER
Requirements
The STARTER commissioning tool features a project Wizard that guides you step-by-step
through the commissioning process. Configuring the frequency inverter using the PC is
significantly more user friendly and faster than commissioning using the Operator Panel.
The following is required to commission the frequency inverter via the PC:
● A PC connection kit for connecting the inverter to a PC.

● The installed STARTER software.

● The motor must be connected to the frequency inverter.
