Image 5-1 Attaching the roof hood
1. Fit the fan box . Tighten the fan box securely with ten M8 screws.
2. Insert the rear brackets to clamp the fan. Tighten the bracket securely with two M8
screws.
3. Clamp the fan cable to the terminal block beneath the roof panel.
4. Install the fan. For a detailed description, refer to section "Replacing a fan (Page 99)".
5. Screw the spacer plates and to the fan box, each with two M8 screws.
6. Screw spacer plate to spacer plate using two M8 screws and nuts.
7. Attach the upper roof hood . Screw the roof hood to the fan box, spacer plate , and
the front crossbar of the cabinet using seven M8 screws.
8. Screw the two side parts and securely to the roof hood, each with eleven M6 screws
and nuts.
9. Check the sealing guide on the components. Repair if necessary.
5.4 Screwing the transport units together
NOTICE
Mechanical damage
Stresses occurring during transport can exert mechanical pressure on the components.
Material damage can result.
Line the cabinets up precisely with each other in order to avoid shearing forces when the
base units are screwed together.
Install the drive only on a level and horizontal surface.
