15.2.3 SinuCom NC
SinuCom NC can be started as follows to create a series startup file:
S SINUMERIK Desktop (see Section 5.4, Page 5-117)
Windows XP taskbar: Start > Programs > SinuCom NC > SinuCom NC
S HMI Advanced
Operating area switchover > ETC key ”>” SinuCom NC
Creating a series startup file with SinuCom NC is subdivided into the following
steps (see Fig. 15-2 below):
1. Starting SinuCom NC
2. Selecting the storage location
3. Selecting the components to back up (archive content)
4. Continuing (”Next >”)
