6. Tighten the 󹪞ange bolts as follows:



– Observe the torques:
MAWP 160 bar (2320 psi) 40Nm
MAWP 420 bar (6092 psi) 75Nm
7. To ful󹪝ll the requirement according to DGRL 2014/68/ EU, perform a pressure test for devices
with MAWP 420 bar (6092 psi).
Result
The device is ready for operation.
After you have replaced the process 󹪞anges, the measuring accuracy of the device may be
outside the speci󹪝cation.
Pressure test
Test pressure 240bar (PN 160bar • 1.5) 630bar (PN 420bar • 1.5)
Rise time 60seconds 60seconds
Hold time 60seconds 60seconds
Pressure drop 30seconds 30seconds
Ensure that the measured pressure remains stable until the end of the hold time.
