5.1.5 Incorrect disassembly

The f
ollowing risks may result from incorrect disassembly:
- Risk through emerging media when connected to the process
- Risk of explosion in hazardous area
In order to disassemble correctly, observe the following:
• Before starting work, make sure that you have switched o󹪜 all physical variables such as
pressure, temperature, electricity etc. or that they have a harmless value.
• If the device contains hazardous media, it must be emptied prior to disassembly. Make sure
that no environmentally hazardous media are released.
• Secure the remaining connections so that no damage can result if the process is started
unintentionally.

The user is r
esponsible for the selection of bolting and gasket materials (except for Flanged
encapsulated antenna) which will fall within the limits of the process connection and its
intended use, where the PTFE gasket is part of the antenna system, and which are suitable for
the service conditions.
