4.10.2 Stratos Outstation Unit in ST900 Large Outercase
As stated in paragraph 4.7.2, the ST900 Large Outercase is configured with a 19” Swing Frame,
the necessary Intelligent Detector Backplane will be mounted in a 19” Rack Assembly, which in
turn will be mounted in a 19” Swing Frame, refer to Figure 91.
For information on the Stratos Outstation connection scheme, refer to document
667/HB/52250/000. Figure 92 details the parts required for this option.
Please note, if a Freestanding TC12 OTU has been specified/fitted at any stage, the 19” Rack
Assembly fitted should be moved to its secondary position. Refer to Figure 5.
