The master board K3X020 (K3X030) provides 2 (1) identical serial RS232 ports. The application on these
ports is selectable.

The serial ports are electrically not separated. If the system reports ’earth leak’ after the external device is
connected, the following action can be taken:
S remove the ’earth leak’ at the connected device or
S use a special separation module (RS232 to RS232) only for temporary application (SWE/VISU)
S remove temporarily
