4.5 Rights to access saved data
Definition The right to access (release) saved data is specified in CR (EEC)
3821/85, annex I B and depends on the tachograph card that is
used.
Access rights do not refer to direct access to the memory cells, but
instead only the release of saved data in order to print, display, or
download this information.
