13.4.3 Work-time warning messages
The DTCO 1381 warns the driver about excessive driving times.
The warning message consists of:
• Warning message on the display of the DTCO 1381
• TCO status output on the CAN bus and on the info interface
• Signal to output D4 (TCO warning output)
The DTCO 1381 calculates on the basis of the actually determined
driving times and warns the driver if he will exceed the driving time
(before a statutory break).
However, these cumulative driving times do not anticipate the legal
interpretation of "continous driving time".
