– On the Home screen, select the Workout item
– For example, choose the workout FTP – Test – 8min
– Confirm the selection
– Press the Start button as soon as you want to start the workout.
Once you have completed the workout, the workout page disappears. If you want to end the workout
prematurely, proceed as follows:
› Open the Short Cut menu by swiping from top to bottom.
› Select Cancel Workout
NOTE: A workout can also be started during an ongoing training.
If you have created a workout via a compatible service, you can easily transfer it to the ROX 12.1 EVO via
the SIGMA RIDE app. Simply import the .fit workout file into the RIDE app and star the desired workout. All
favorited workouts are synchronized with the ROX 12.1 EVO and can be started on the ROX 12.1 EVO at
any time.
You have several options to evaluate your training data on the ROX 12.1 EVO
After each training session, you will receive a summary of the most important training values. This
summary is dynamic and offers you different evaluation options depending on the sensors used and the
available data
Total values: Here you can see the total values of your training, e.g.: Training Time, Max. Speed, Altitude
Uphill, Calories, SPI, … .
Map: Here you can see the course of your training, if GPS is activated.
Rounds: Here you can see the data of the manually created rounds.
Graphic: Here you can see the data, such as altitude, speed, cadence, …, graphically processed.
