WARNING
• If you cannot activate the pedals freely,
critical situations may arise while driving.
• Never place rugs or any other carpeting
over the rugs already installed, since this
reduces the pedal area and can prevent
you from using them, with the consequent
risk of accident.
• Never place objects in the driver’s
footrest area. They could move into the
pedal area and prevent the driver from
activating them.
Pedals
– Make sure that you can always
press the brake and accelerator
pedals without any problems.
– Make sure that the pedals can
return to their original position
without any problems.
– Make sure that the rugs are
entirely attached, so that they do
not move while driving or impede
pedal operation.
You may only use rugs that leave the
pedal area unobstructed and that
can be attached to keep them from
moving. You can purchase suitable
rugs at a specialised establishment.
Elements to attach rugs have been
placed in the footrest area.
When one of the brake circuits fails,
you have to press the brake pedal
farther down to stop the vehicle.
Wear suitable footwear
Wear shoes that properly adjust
to your foot and do not impede
sensitivity when activating the pedals.
The control light activates to
remind you to buckle your seat belt.
Before driving the vehicle:
• Adjust your seat belt correctly.
• Tell your passenger to correctly
buckle their seat belt before
beginning to drive.
If you exceed a certain speed when
you begin driving without buckling
your seat belt (regardless of the
passenger), or if the passenger
unbuckles while driving, you will hear
an acoustic signal for a few seconds.
The warning light will also blink. The
light will turn o when, with the
on button activated, you buckle your
seatbelt.
