• Keep dismounted wheels or tyres
in a cool, dry, and if possible, dark
location.
Invisible damage
Damage to tyres and wheels is often
not visible to the naked eye. If the
vehicle is vibrating unusually or tends
to veer to the side, this may be a sign
of tyre deterioration. Reduce speed
as soon as possible if you suspect that

Check whether the tyres are damaged.

of damage, keep driving slowly and

technical possibilities.
• New tyres do not reach optimum
adherence until after the rst 500 km. As
such, we recommend that you drive with
caution to avoid possible accidents.
• Never drive with damaged tyres. There is
a risk of having an accident.
• If the vehicle vibrates unusually or tends
to veer to the side while driving, stop
immediately and check the condition of
the tyres.
• Do not use used tyres when you do not
know the circumstances under which they
were used before.

New wheels and tyres

conduct all work on wheels or tyres.
They have the necessary knowledge
and special tools and appropriate
spare parts.
• Even snow tyres lose adherence
with ice. If you have put on new
tyres, drive carefully and moderate
your speed during the rst 500 km.
