Warranty
The Silargan® surface on the roasting
pan has a -year warranty.
All other parts have a -year warranty.
Under the terms of the warranty, we
will exchange parts with a defective
surface for fault-free parts within the
warranty period. You are not entitled
to a model from the same series if
that series is no longer in the product
range.
Exclusions from the guarantee
The warranty does not cover damages
due to the following causes:
→ Cutting and scratch marks of a
purely visual nature resulting from
proper use
→ Overheating
→ Unsuitable and improper use
→ Incorrect or negligent handling (e.g.
cleaning using abrasive products or
dropping on a stone floor)
→ Chemical or physical damage to the
surface resulting from improper
use
→ Failure to comply with these
instructions
