1. Pressure indicator is raised and protrudes above
surface of handle.
2. Sliding knob jams pressure indicator.
3. Sicomatic is slightly pressurized.
– Release pressure indicator.
– Move sliding knob back and forth gently.
– Remove Sicomatic from cooking zone, release
steam, open pot, reseal pot, move sliding knob to
desired pressure level and return Sicomatic to
cooking zone to continue cooking process.
