Theseinstructionsareimportant.
Read these instructions carefully before use
and keep them for future reference. Your child’s
safety may be affected if you do not
follow these instructions.
Your Fizz pushchair is a high quality Silver
Cross product. It meets current safety
standards and care and regular light
maintenance will ensure long service.
This vehicle is intended for children from
6 months and up to 15kg.
If somebody unfamiliar is using your
Fizz always ensure that they read these
instructions carefully so that they understand
how the product works best.
Always read all the instructions provided
carefully and remember, the safety of your
child is your responsibility.

Your Fizz pushchair includes the following
components, please check that you have all
the items before proceeding:
1 .1 Fizz pushchair chassis
1.2 Fizz hood
1.3 Fizz shoulder strap
1.4 Fizz rain cover
1.5 Fizz front wheel assembly x2
1.6 Fizz seat pad
AssemblingtheFizz
2.1 Attach the swivel wheels by locating the
wheel under the plastic attachment pin.
Slide the wheel upwards and press until
the wheel clicks into position.
WARNING:Checkthewheelissecureby
pullinggentlydownwards.
Repeat on both sides. Your Fizz pushchair
is now ready to be unfolded.
2.2 Locate the locking catch on the side of
the pushchair and lift to release from
the locking stud.
2.3 The pushchair can now be opened by
lifting the handles upwards and the
wheels will naturally fall to the floor.
2.4 Finally, press down gently upon the rear
locking catch (positioned between the rear
wheels) to lock your pushchair
WARNING:Failuretodothiswillcause
damagetoyourpushchair.
Place the pushchair on a flat surface and
ensure that the pushchair moves freely.
2.5 To fit your Fizz hood locate the “C” clips on
the hood. Now attach to the Fizz chassis
by pressing the “C” clips over and around
the tubing ensuring it locks into the correct
position over the plastic fabric connection
moulding. Fasten the velcro flaps around
the tube to fix the hood in place.
2.6 Your Fizz hood can be opened and
folded away by lowering or raising the
hood tensioner indicated in illustration
(2.6). Please note when folding your Fizz
you should always ensure the hood is
folded away. Failure to do this could result
in damage to your Fizz. Your Fizz
pushchair is now ready for use.
2.7 Your Fizz pushchair will come with the
shoulder strap attached. To detach the
shoulder strap first unclip the bottom of
the strap from the ring.
2.8 Unclip the top of each side of the shoulder
strap by sliding and then pulling the plastic
clips. The strap can then be passed
through the handle loop.
RecliningtheFizz
3.1 Your Fizz pushchair has a two
position recline.
3.2 First, locate the backrest adjustment
mechanism at the rear of the seat.
Squeeze the clasp and pull to gently
recline the seat.
3.3 To raise the backrest locate the recline
strap and clasp, pull the strap gently whilst
squeezing the clasp. The backrest will rise
to the desired height.
NOTE:Itisrecommendedthatthe
backrestisintheuprightposition
beforefoldingthepushchair.
Usingtheharness
4.1 WARNING:Alwaysusethecrotchstrapin
combinationwiththewaistbelt.
To fasten the harness insert both buckle
clips into each side of the buckle.
Listen for the click.
4.2 WARNING:Alwaysusetheharnessprovided
To release the harness press the centre
and pull apart. The shoulder straps can
be unhooked from the buckle if required.
4.3 Your harness is fully adjustable by moving
the slides (A), to make fitting easy. ‘D rings
are provided for fitting a separate harness
if required (B), complying with BS 6684.
Your child should always be harnessed in
and should never be left unattended, even
for short periods of time.
Usingthebrakes
5.1 Your Fizz pushchair has a parking
device/brake. To apply the brake
simply press on either brake catch
located on each rear wheel. The brake
will automatically locate on both
wheels simultaneously.
5.2 To release the parking device/brake simply
lift either brake catch and both catches will
release simultaneously.
5.3 Your Fizz pushchair has swivel wheels.
To lock your swivel wheels locate the catch
between the front wheels. Slide the catch
upwards to lock. Repeat on both front
wheels. To use the wheels in swivel mode
slide the locking catch downwards and the
wheels should swivel freely. Repeat on
both wheels.
Attachingtheseatpad
6.1 Your Fizz pushchair comes with a
seat cover. To attach this cover, slide the
bottom over the seat and pass the harness
through the holes in the cover.
6.2 Fold the Velcro straps over the top edge of
the seat and fasten them onto the straps
on the rear of the seat.

NOTE:Thebackrestshouldalwaysbeinthe
uprightpositionandthehoodfoldedaway
priortofolding.
7. 1 To commence the folding locate the rear
locking catch (positioned between the rear
wheels) and lift upwards with the toe of
your shoe (a), or alternatively, pull the
carry strap upwards (b).
7. 2 Now locate the secondary safety catch
located above the right hand rear wheel.
Gently press down until the lock
has released.
7. 3 Push the handles over and the pushchair
will naturally close in three dimensions
to a compact size. Ensure the locking catch
(located on the right side of the pushchair)
has been engaged.
Attachingtheraincover
The raincover simply drapes over your
pushchair with the hood extended. Fasten the
velcro straps around the front legs and fix the
press studs to secure.
