5) Close the bowl with the lid : Place it onto the bowl so that the lugs on
the lid grip into the guides on the bowl . Turn the lid so that the lugs
slide into the guides below.
6) Place the motor unit on the lid flange .
7) Press the motor unit downwards as shown in fig. B. The motor starts at
normal speed.
For a higher processing speed (Turbo) for the food, press on both the motor
unit and the Turbo button and keep both pressed down as shown in
Fig. C.
NOTES
If larger pieces start collecting on the wall of the bowl during processing,
lift the motor unit off the lid flange . Give the bowl a firm shake
and restart the processing. Any residues can be removed with a spatula.
Particularly hard foods should be cut into small pieces (approx. 2 cm)
before processing. Otherwise, the motor unit could block. Use a pulsing
processing method when working with hard foods. To do this, press the
Turbo button several times briefly (in addition to the motor unit ). If
the food is not completely chopped, you can either cut it into smaller
pieces or lift the motor unit off of the lid flange . Give the bowl
a firm shake and restart the processing.
