Leaking batteries could damage the
device. If a battery should leak, re-
move it immediately from the device
to prevent damage. Be particularly
careful when handling damaged or
leaking batteries and wear protec-
tive gloves.
Avoid contact with the skin, eyes
and mucous membranes. In the
event of contact with battery acids,
wash the aected area immediately
with plenty of fresh water and seek
medical attention straight away.
Avoid exposure to extreme condi-
tions and temperatures which could
aect the batteries, e.g. on radia-
tors or in direct sunlight.
Only use batteries of the type spec-
ied.
Switch the device o and remove
the batteries if the device will not be
used for a longer period.
Batteries must be removed from the
device before it is disposed of.
