This means the thermostat head (13) is no longer
pressing on the valve pin of the radiator and can
be removed more easily.
2� Unscrew the xing element (11) of the thermostat
head (13) using an appropriate tool and remove
the thermostat head.
Installing the New Thermostat Head
To t the device to Danfoss radiator valves, you
need the adapter (15) provided. To determine
which adapter (15) ts which radiator valve, please
refer to Fig. B - D on the fold-out page.
Caution! Risk of trapping be-
tween the halves of the adapter!
▸ During assembly, be careful not to
jam your ngers between the halves
of the adapter!
Caution! Risk of cuts! The
adapters and stem extension
supplied could have sharp edges.
▸ Smoothen any burrs at the breakout
points of the adapter used with the
aid of an appropriate tool.
The notches (14) ensure the adapter (15) ts per-
fectly�
1� If required, slide the adapter (15) that ts the
radiator valve onto the radiator valve until the
adapter (15) snaps into place.
