This means the thermostat head (13) is no longer
pressing on the valve pin of the radiator and can
be removed more easily.
2� Unscrew the xing element (11) of the thermostat
head (13) using an appropriate tool and remove
the thermostat head.
Installing the New Thermostat Head
To t the device to Danfoss radiator valves, you
need the adapter (15) provided. To determine
which adapter (15) ts which radiator valve, please
refer to Fig. B - D on the fold-out page.
Caution! Risk of trapping be-
tween the halves of the adapter!
During assembly, be careful not to
jam your ngers between the halves
of the adapter!
Caution! Risk of cuts! The
adapters and stem extension
supplied could have sharp edges.
Smoothen any burrs at the breakout
points of the adapter used with the
aid of an appropriate tool.
The notches (14) ensure the adapter (15) ts per-
fectly
1� If required, slide the adapter (15) that ts the
radiator valve onto the radiator valve until the
adapter (15) snaps into place.
