*During this programme phase, you can add other ingredients to the dough. Example: 7/ADD/5 means
that after a 7-minute kneading phase, you will hear several beeps and "ADD" g will appear on the dis-
play A. You can now add more ingredients. After this there will then be another 5-minute kneading phase
before the next programme phase starts.
**During this phase, the kneading blades 7 can be removed. Example: 27.5/RMV/2.5 means that af-
