12. Troubleshooting
The headset does not power on.
 Recharge the battery.
The headset will not charge
 If you are using a charger (e.g. USB power bank)
with automatic charging shut-off, the headset cannot
be charged because the charge current is so low.
Charge the headset from a USB port on your
computer (which must be switched on) or a USB
power adapter.
No audio over Bluetooth

connection
 Power the headset on.
 Try to pair the headset with your mobile phone
again.
No Bluetooth
®
connection is established
 Check whether Bluetooth
®
functionality is enabled on
the mobile phone.
