 Press the centre navigation button (6) to confirm your selection.

 Use the right or left navigation button (6) to select the setting you want.

 Press the centre navigation button (6) to confirm your selection.

You can press the Menu button (14) to pause playback and the

centre navigation button (6) to stop it.
