Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
The appliance
has shut down
during operation.
The press screw is blocked, the
control lamp .flashes alternately
green/red.
Proceed as described in the
section ”Removing a blockage”.
All the ingredients have been
processed; the funnel is empty.
The appliance stops automatically
after 1 minute as soon as all
ingredients have been processed.
Fill with ingredients if necessary.
The appliance has automatically
shut down due to overheating.
Disconnect the plug and allow the
appliance to cool down.
The appliance is
not working/
cannot be
switched on.
The appliance is not connected to a
mains power socket.
Connect the appliance to a mains
power socket.
The mains cable 1 is not
connected to the appliance.
Plug the mains cable 1 into the
mains connection 0in the motor
unit 6.
The appliance has not been
assembled correctly, a safety device
has been triggered.
Check that the appliance is
assembled correctly.
The appliance is still heating up.
(The control lamp .lights up or
flashes red.)
Press the
button 3 – the
appliance starts automatically as
soon as it is sufficiently heated.
The appliance has automatically
shut down due to overheating.
Disconnect the mains plug and
allow the appliance to cool down
sufficiently.
The
button 3 was not pressed. Press the button 3.
The appliance is damaged.

department.
