  If you're not getting any sound from your Sirius XM Radio Portable Speaker Dock, make sure the Power/Volume knob isn't turned all the way down (counter-clockwise). Turn it clockwise to increase the volume. Also, check if headphones are plugged in; if so, unplug them. If you have an audio device connected to the Aux In, press the Source button to switch the audio output back to the radio. Lastly, ensure the speaker dock isn't muted by adjusting the Power/Volume knob or using the +/– or mute buttons on the remote.
