Verify and re-enter the information. Also, if you manually configured a network connection, check that you entered all settings correctly and re-enter the information.

If you don't have a subscription to SiriusXM Internet Radio, go to siriusxm.com/internetradio or call 866-635-2349 to subscribe. If your subscription is no longer valid, go online to siriusxm.com/internetradio. Click on the Listen Online link, enter your username and password, and click Log In & Listen Now.

  Your Sirius XM RAdio Telephone stream might be closing because your account username and password has been used at another location to connect to SiriusXM Internet Radio, disconnecting your Radio from the service. It may also be that the Radio timed out due to lack of activity. To resolve this, turn your Radio Off and On again.

  If the Scan for Network feature on your Sirius XM RAdio Telephone isn't finding your wireless network, it could be because your wireless network has a hidden name (SSID), in which case you will have to manually configure your wireless network connection. Another reason could be that the wireless signal from your access point is too low. Try moving the Sound Station closer to your access point and see if the Scan for Network feature finds your wireless network.
