The SISSEL® SITFIT® is a portable, air-filled sitting pad and therefore

not just a dynamic sitting aid but also a training device for exercises

while standing or sitting, in supine, lateral or prone position.

The SISSEL® SITFIT® is mainly a dynamic sitting aid, when placed

under the feet the instable pad enables you to do leg exercises

during long sitting periods.

Dynamic Sitting strengthens the stabilizing muscles of the back and

therefore relieves the spine. Especially people who sit on the job

use the SISSEL® SITFIT® with their office chair or at home.

In addition, it can be used to target dynamic sitting, for example at

school.

The SISSEL® SITFIT® is skidproof and secure, which makes it a good

choice for people who reject other dynamic sitting devices because

of their size and possible instability.

Sitting on the SISSEL® SITFIT® should initially be limited to only a

few minutes to help the body getting used to it. This time can be

gradually increased by a few minutes every day. Sitting should be

altered between a regular chair and dynamic sitting on the SISSEL®

SITFIT®.

Exercises to strengthen muscles of back, pelvis floor, legs and arms

are possible while standing, sitting, in supine, lateral and prone

position.

The SITFIT® and SITFIT® Plus are suitable for users of up to 138kg

(303lbs).

For daily use as a sitting support on a sturdy surface, e. g. chair,

bench or stool.

Safety Instructions:

➢ Check the condition of the product before each use. If damaged,

the function of the product and safety are no longer guaranteed.

➢ DO NOT over inflate the product. An over inflated product can

burst during use and cause serious injury.

➢ STOP USING immediately if you feel uncomfortable or any pain

or dizziness.

➢ DO NOT inflate the product by mouth.

➢ DO NOT use the product if you suffer from any disorders.

➢ DO NOT stand on the product.

➢ DO NOT overload, using additional weights is not recommended.

➢ Remove all objects from your body, clothes and pockets that

could potentially puncture the product during use and

afterwards when stored.

➢ DO NOT use on soft furnishings, e. g. armchair or sofa.

➢ In case of uncertainty or existing health problems, use the

product only after consulting a doctor.

➢ Do not store in extreme hot or cold environments – such as

vehicles, outdoor sheds, etc.

➢ This product is not a toy, keep it out of reach of children.

➢ Never allow pets near the product.

➢ Regularly check the integrity of the product.

➢ Do not use the product if it is damaged. Dispose damaged

products correctly and never repair them.

➢ Keep the product away from radiators or other heat sources and

avoid direct sunlight.

➢ Keep the area of use free of sharp or pointy objects.

➢ Storage: Protect product from direct sunlight and store in a cool,

clean and dry place.
