profile RSAP (remote transmission of data SIM) also allows, in
contrast to Bluetooth

profile HFP, the use of data services from the connec-
ted phone (if this profile is supported by the phone and data services are ena-
bled in this phone) » page 173.
The use of Bluetooth
®
profile RSAP requires the telephone function of the ex-
ternal module to be switched on.

tooth

profile HFP » page 163.
If the rSAP profile is supported by the telephone to be connected, then the in-
fotainment system tries to connect using this profile with priority. Depending
on the phone, the connection can be blocked or released using an rSAP profile
in the phone.
Note

If a SIM card is inserted in the external module, the phone cannot be connec-
ted to Infotainment by the rSAP profile.
■
If an external device is connected via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, then
the data connection using rSAP cannot be carried out.

If no breakdown or info calls can be made then a ŠKODA service partner
should be consulted.
When Care Connect» page 16 online services are active, the connection to the
emergency services or info call is established using this service.
Search for a contact using the numeric keypad
The numeric keypad can also be used for a contact search.
For example, if you enter 32, the unit will display contacts with the letter se-
quence DA, FA, EB, etc. next to the numerical keypad.

If not import the voicemail number or was not imported or entered, then this
can be entered or changed as follows.
