recommend that you check the deletion of the user
accounts and the main user account.
Personalisation
Usage
Applies to Infotainment Bolero, Amundsen and Co-
lumbus.
The personalisation service allows you to set, save
and restore vehicle settings.
The personalisation service is connected to the user
accounts. Every change to the configured personal-
ised functions is automatically saved in the active
user account.
If the vehicle is within range of a contractual mobile
phone network, personalisable settings are stored in
the ŠKODA ID online user account after the ignition
is switched o.
By registering for a user account in another vehicle
of the ŠKODA brand, the personalisable functions
associated with the user account are set depending
on the vehicle type, equipment and Infotainment.
