When the Bark Collar is charging, the battery icon flashes in a
runing pattern and the red indicator light on constantly.
Charging time is 1.5-2 hours.
When the battery is fully charged, a "beep...beep..." tone will
sound, the battery icon will light up and the indicator light will
light up in green.

Press and hold the button for 2 seconds, the display lights up
and 2 beeps sound to indicate the bark collar is turned on. The
green light flashes once every 5 seconds when the power is on.
