• Open conductive film packaging included in your Sleep
Connection box.
• Attach the film to the black conductive rubber pads on the
back of the Sleep Connection Anti-Snore Wristband.
• Put the wristband on.
• Test: Turn switch on and adjust to position to 1 wait until
the LED light turns green.
• Confirm the LED light is operating correctly and slowly
press the pressure test button three times. Approximately 5
seconds later you’ll feel a weak pulse.
• Ready for Usage: Pulse sensitivity differs from person to
person. Choose the intensity suitable for you.
(Note: Do not use this machine if indoor or background noise
is greater than 45dB. There is no pulse if the noise greater
than 45dB)
