8.6 Deleting the Device Description
Whenever you replace a device in your PV power plant, the descriptions of the existing devices need to be deleted so
that the communication unit is able to detect new devices.
Procedure:
1. Log into the user interface as an installer (see Section12.8.1, page177).
2. Select SunnyCentral > Info.
3. Select the button [Delete device descriptions].
8.7 Sending a ZIP File with Service Information
In order to help you quickly and effectively, a ZIP file containing service information may be required. This ZIP file can
be downloaded from the user interface. The files are protected with a service password.
Procedure:
1. Log into the user interface (see Section12.8.1, page177).
2. Select SunnyCentral > Info.
3. Select [Create service information].
☑ A dialog box for downloading the ZIP file is opened.
4. Save the ZIP file on the computer.
5. Send the ZIP file to us (see Section17, page256).
