Devices not found
The Sunny Beam does
not list all inverters in
your Bluetooth PV
system.
For PV systems with many
devices, it could take a while for
all of the devices to become
integrated in the Bluetooth
network.
The Sunny Beam will end the
system search before all devices
are integrated into the Bluetooth
network.
• Repeat the system search.
Inverters with upgraded SMA
Bluetooth Piggy-Back switch off
over night. Therefore, the Sunny
Beam cannot establish a
connection to these inverters.
• As soon as the inverters switch on
in the morning, the Sunny Beam is
able to establish a connection to
them again.
The NetID of your Bluetooth PV
system has not been set on the
missing inverters.
• Check whether the NetID of your
Bluetooth PV system has been set
on the inverters and SMA
Bluetooth Repeaters, as described
in the respective manual.
The Sunny Beam was not able to
establish a radio connection to
the missing inverters.
• Check the connection quality of the
inverters and SMA Bluetooth
Repeaters, as described in the
respective manual. The connection
quality of each device must be at
least good.
