The Sunny Beam lists
your inverters as well as
other inverters.
There is another Bluetooth PV
system within the radio range of
the Sunny Beam, which uses the
same NetID as your Bluetooth
PV system.
By determining a free NetID this
should not occur. Determine a free
NetID again, as described in the
section "Determining free NetID"
(page31).
Commissioning of
connected devices
Some inverters are
marked with a lock
symbol ( ), others
have a checkmark
().
Different system passwords for
users are set in the inverters.
Set the same system password for
all users in Sunny Explorer for all
inverters, as described in the Sunny
Explorer help section.
Cross after
commissioning
Inverters are sometimes
marked with a cross
().
For inverters with SMA
Bluetooth Piggy-Back, the cross
symbol is displayed when the
inverters switch off at night.
Since the Sunny Beam cannot
establish a connection to this
inverter, it interprets this as an
incorrectly entered password.
As soon as the inverters are
switched on in the morning, the
cross symbol will disappear.
The Sunny Beam cannot
establish a connection to these
inverters.
As soon as the Sunny Beam has
established a connection to these
inverters again, the cross will
disappear.
