Installation Manual SB20HF-30HF-IA-IEN120431 69
35 < Insulation resist. >
< Check generator >
The inverter has detected a ground fault in
the PV array. However, the inverter
continues feeding into the grid.
Check the strings for ground faults as
described in section 11.1"Checking
the PV Array for Ground Faults"
(page72).
The installer of the PV array must
remedy the ground faults before you
re‑connect the affected string.
< Ground fuse fault >
< Check ground fuse >
The inverter has detected a ground voltage
in the grounding path.
Check the ground fuse as described
in the installation manual of the
SMA Plug-in Grounding.
Check the strings for ground faults as
described in section 11.1"Checking
the PV Array for Ground Faults"
(page72).
38 < DC overcurrent >
< Check generator >
The inverter switches off due to an
overcurrent on the DC side.
If this event occurs frequently:
Check the design and the wiring of
the PV array.
39 < Waiting for DC start conditions >
< Start cond. not met >
The feed‑in power or feed‑in voltage of the
PV modules is insufficient for feeding into
the power distribution grid.
Wait for more sunlight.
If this event recurs even when the
amount of sunlight is average, check
the design of your PV plant and make
sure the PV array is wired properly.
42
< Wrong earthing type; check earthing set >
The SMA Plug‑in Grounding polarity does
not correspond to the polarity set in the
inverter.
Correct the grounding type as
described in the installation manual
for the SMA Plug‑in Grounding.
60 ‑ 64 < Self diagnosis >
< Interference device >
Contact the SMA Service Line (see
section 15"Contact" (page94)).
65 < Self diagnosis >
< Overtemperature >
The inverter switches off due to too high
temperature
Ensure sufficient ventilation.
Check the heat dissipation as
described in section 9.2"Checking
the Heat Dissipation" (page61).
66 < Self diagnosis >
< Overload >
Contact the SMA Service Line (see
section 15"Contact" (page94)).
67 < Comm. disturbed >
A fault has occurred in the internal
communication of the inverter. However,
the inverter continues feeding into the grid.
If this event occurs frequently:
Contact the SMA Service Line (see
section 15"Contact" (page94)).
